Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating sales and lease agreements, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding clients' needs, providing expert advice on market conditions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the sales.
