Role Overview We are seeking a Frontend-Focused Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Java Script/Type Script, Python, and Django. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building scalable, high-performance applications in the healthcare domain , with a focus on delivering secure, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop high-quality, scalable software solutions in React, Python (Django/Flask), JS/TS that meet functional, technical, and compliance requirements. • Contribute to system architecture decisions and maintain detailed, clear technical documentation. • Ensure robust testing practices and maintain low defect rates via unit & integration tests. • Collaborate effectively with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and backend engineers. • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables and demonstrate adaptability in a fastevolving healthcare environment. Must-Have Skills • 5+ years of full stack development experience, with frontend expertise using React. • Proficiency in Java Script (ES6+), Type Script, Python, Django. • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Graph QL, authentication/authorization flows. • Practical knowledge of unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, Py Test, Cypress, etc.). • Previous hands-on experience in healthcare software development (EHR/EMR systems, portables, HIPAA compliance). Good-to-Have Skills • Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Continuous Integration/Deployment pipelines (CI/CD). • Awareness of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA. • Performance tuning and accessibility improvements in frontend applications. Performance Objectives 1. Deliver scalable and compliant healthcare software solutions with high-quality standards (90%+ on-time delivery). 2. Contribute actively to architecture and documentation processes (min. 80% completion rate). 3. Ensure 100% automated test coverage for all critical modules. 4. Strengthen team collaboration and mentor junior engineers. 5. Demonstrate ownership and adaptability, maintaining >90% delivery reliability.
