We are seeking an Admission Counselor who will provide the information on academic programs and admissions requirements, assisting with form completion and document verification, and promote the institution at recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities

· Student Counselling:

Provide comprehensive guidance and information to prospective students and their parents about educational programs, campus life, and admission procedures.

· Application Assistance:

Help students complete admission forms, collect required documents, and ensure their accuracy and completeness.

· Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed and confidential records of student interactions and admission-related activities.

· Liaison:

Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and other departments to provide accurate and current information.

· Financial Aid Guidance:

Inform students about available financial aid and scholarship opportunities and guide them through the application process.

Qualifications

· A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counselling, or a related discipline is often a requirement.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a CBSE-affiliated school

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.

· Familiarity with computer systems and the ability to maintain records are often necessary.
