We are looking for dynamic and empathetic Admission Counsellors who can connect with students, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the right programs.

As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between student needs and career opportunities by providing expert advice and helping them take the right step forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students on IT and technical courses such as Software Development, Cloud, Data Science, Digital Marketing, etc.
  • Guide students in selecting the right programs based on their career goals and interests.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and inquiries regarding course admissions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about our training and internship programs.
  • Achieve enrollment and admission targets while ensuring student satisfaction.
  • Build strong rapport with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper records of student interactions and enrollment status.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, inside sales, or academic advising (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in IT & technical courses.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
