Job Title: Export Manager Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi (International Travel Required) Role Summary Responsible for driving international sales of irrigation and piping products, developing new overseas markets, strengthening distributor networks, and ensuring seamless execution of export operations end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage global distributors/importers in target markets (Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, etc.) Lead negotiations, pricing, contracts and margin management Manage export documentation, compliance, logistics, customs and shipping coordination Ensure product quality, delivery schedules and customer experience through close coordination with factory teams Track global competitor activity and business opportunities; recommend market-wise strategy Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade events Own and deliver export revenue and profitability targets Must-Have Requirements Minimum 5+ years experience in exports for a manufacturing company Hands-on knowledge of export documentation and logistics Experience dealing with overseas distributors/importers (B2B industrial products) Experience in irrigation/agri-equipment/piping exports is strongly preferred Preferred Skills & Attributes Understanding of irrigation systems and agricultural markets Strong negotiation & communication skills Commercial acumen + ability to travel internationally (30–50%) Culturally adaptable with ability to work independently Education Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Engineering; MBA preferred
