Job Title: Workday HCM Technical ConsultantSkills: Workday HCM, Workday Studio, Integration & ReportingLocation: Hyderabad, Noida & PuneExperience: 4 - 5 yearsWe at Coforge are hiring a Workday HCM Technical consultant with the following skill-set:Roles & Responsibilities:- Customize Workday Module HCM to align with business requirements.- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio.- Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.- Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide support.- Keep abreast of new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all Workday development activities. Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy.- Workday studio experience in Mandatory- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
