We’re hiring a skilled Bookkeeper  with at least 5 years of experience  supporting U. S. accounting operations . You’ll manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple clients using Quick Books Online  and Xero . This role suits someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently across time zones. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit cards Record daily transactions in Quick Books or Xero with 100% accuracy Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments Support payroll, invoicing, and expense management Collaborate with U. S. CPAs and finance managers during month-end and year-end close Ensure compliance with U. S. accounting standards and best practices What You’ll Bring 5+ years of bookkeeping experience for U. S.-based companies Strong hands-on experience with Quick Books Online  and Xero Clear understanding of U. S. GAAP and financial workflows Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple clients Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) Bonus Skills Experience with Gusto, Bill.com, Dext, or similar accounting tools Familiarity with tax preparation or CPA coordination
