Senior Marketing Associate

1.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with BHIVE Capital’s business goals.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.2.Brand Management:Enhance and maintain the BHIVE Capital brand through consistent messaging and visual identity.Manage brand presence across all channels including digital, print, and events.3.Content Creation:Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, blog posts, and social media content.Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and optimized for SEO.4.Digital Marketing:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and SEO.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.5.Client Engagement:Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that attract and retain clients.Organize and manage events, webinars, and other client engagement activities.6.Analytics and Reporting:Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Use data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.7.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer service to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and activities.Manage relationships with external vendors and partners. Minimum qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in finance or fintech.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
