Cluster Business Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple business units or branches within a designated geographical cluster.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion across the cluster.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to branch managers or business unit heads to ensure alignment with company objectives and policies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each business unit, including sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services across business units within the cluster.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams, to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards across all business units within the cluster.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs for branch managers and staff to improve productivity and performance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and complaints, and work towards timely resolution.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and updates to senior management on cluster performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in multi-unit management or cluster management role, preferably in the retail, banking, or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Sound financial acumen and analytical skills to analyze financial statements, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated cluster as needed.

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to drive improvement.

  • Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all business units.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in retail banking, financial services, or similar industry.
  • Advanced degree or certification in management or business administration.
  • Experience with CRM software and business intelligence tools.
