We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster HR Manager to join our Trends Apparel Stores team in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for implementing HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving organizational excellence within our retail cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, alternate channels, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent [1]
  • Implement employee engagement programs, rewards and recognition initiatives, and foster a positive work culture [3]
  • Conduct workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and ensure optimal staffing levels across the retail cluster
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process as per SOPs and AOP
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to identify training needs, create learning plans, and drive talent development initiatives
  • Analyze compensation structures, market trends, and recommend appropriate compensation strategies [4]
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory obligations (PF, Gratuity), and HR-related audits
  • Develop and implement retention strategies by analyzing attrition data and employee feedback
  • Maintain accurate employee data, generate MIS reports, and provide insights for data-driven decision-making
  • Manage employee grievances, queries, and ensure timely resolutions as per SLAs

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in HR or equivalent, with an MBA in HR or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the retail or fashion industry, managing cluster-level operations
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, data interpretation, and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive work culture
  • Preference for candidates based in Hyderabad
