The right person will play a key role in the deploying and running of company-wide processes that will improve and support everyday people experiences at work pertaining to new-joiner On-boarding, Recognition and Well-being programs. The following are key expectations from the role.

RESPONSIBILITIESOur People Experience team needs a hands-on Human Capital professional who has experience in program execution. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in managing Reward & Recognition and On-boarding.Reward & RecognitionProgram manage recognition programs along with global cross functional teams and recognition platform partnersUnderstand the recognition platform and set-up awardsActively track metrics to ensure recognition programs have the desired impactPlan and manage the recognition event (Star Awards)Handle queries and escalationsOn-boardingFacilitate and manage day 1 on-boarding for new joinersCarry out survey analysis of on-boarding and recognition programsManage the Buddy ProgramQUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED Skills and Competencies4 to 6 years of demonstrable experience of running Human Capital ProgramsStrong verbal & written communication skillsExecution excellence: deploying and governing recognition & on-boarding programsAbility to create effective decks from concept to presentationAbility to sift through data to identify trends and provide relevant insights through data analyticsAbility to apply critical and independent thinkingEDUCATION
