The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales processes andtechnology, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.Responsibilities:● Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive sales performance● Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements● Provide data-driven solutions to improve sales performance● Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards● Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes to ensure optimal efficiencyRequirements:● Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, MCA/BCA/MBA or related field● 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Familiarity with sales processes and technology, such as CRM systems is a must.● Experience with database systems and data analysis tools● Experience with SQL and Excel● Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plusPreferred Skills:● Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques● Experience with data modeling and visualization● Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures● Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously● Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
