Role & responsibilities

  • Deploy, monitor and manage projects based on new initiatives like meter testing, energy storage and Inverter testing.
  • Collaborate with the operations and design team along with vendors to ensure project goals are met and milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure systems and components function properly
  • Maintain detailed records of research findings, experiments, and development activities.
  • Identify the root causes of quality problems, developing and implementing corrective actions, and tracking their effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Diploma degree or ITI with 3+ years experience in engineering (preferably Electrical or similar) discipline is highly valued.
  • Demonstrable experience in electrical projects
  • Good knowledge on different components used in Solar mini grid projects
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with a diverse group of people at all levels and disciplines.
