Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Finance Officer to join our team in Jaunpur. This role is essential in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of our organization, contributing to impactful projects that foster community development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 4-5 years in financial management within the development sector.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in Tally accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Soft Skills:
  Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage accurate financial records and transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and employee benefits.
• Collaborate with management for strategic financial planning.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage all project finances and reporting responsibilities.
• Travel to Ambedkar Nagar and Azamgarh project offices once per month (mandatory), with additional need-based travel as required.

Requirements:
Valid driving license and self-owned two-wheeler vehicle.

Salary:
₹25,000 per month
