Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5 - 8 years Budget: Below 15LPA Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Generate leads through events, cold calling, email marketing, and other outreach methods. - Identify and engage potential customers to promote AWS services and solutions. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Solution Selling - Understand customer needs and craft tailored AWS solutions, including migration, infrastructure setup, and optimization. - Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. Market Knowledge - Stay up to date with the latest AWS services, IT infrastructure trends, and emerging technologies such as IOT, Blockchain, AI/ML. - Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights into industry advancements. Deal Closing - Manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals with enterprise clients. - Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company. Reporting & Collaboration - Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts. - Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Qualifications - 5 - 8 years of proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on AWS or cloud services. - Strong understanding of AWS solutions, IT infrastructure, and cloud migration strategies. - In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT & blockchain - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams. - Ability to manage complex sales processes and negotiate high-value contracts. Preferred Skills - AWS certifications (e.G., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate / AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner). - Experience working with enterprise clients across various industries. - Familiarity with ERPs like SAP and Microsoft Business Central. - Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud adoption and AWS Well-Architected Reviews (WAR).
