Experience : 3-7 years

Qualification - Post Graduate, MBA - HR (preferred)

Location - Jakkur, Bangalore


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement people strategies aligned with organisational goals and objective.

• Work with business leaders and managers to develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning needs and training plans.

• Design, deliver and assess training programs to address employee development needs.

• Apply adult learning principles to customize training program.

• Conduct training sessions using a variety of delivery methods and facilitates the session to maximize engagement and learning retention.

• Conduct first line leader’s training programs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.

• Oversee the administration of LMS, explore and implement innovative learning technologies to enhance training delivery and accessibility.

• Create and maintain L&D Dashboard for periodic reveiw.

• Support workforce readiness and change management on major initiatives.

• Improve behavioral intelligence, productivity and efficiency in teams and individuals.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the learning experience.

• Establish and maintain relationships with external training vendors and educational institutions.


Desired Profile :


• Post Graduate with 7 to 10 years of experience in training at least the first time managers level.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs.

• Has experience in content creation and worked on Instructional design principles.

• Should be a certified behavioural trainer

• Experience with LMS and other technology platforms

• Should have worked in a business management environment

• Excellent command on Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

• Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to take ownership and multi task

Should be willing to travel across sites within Bangalore and outside
