Role Description: 

 

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Henson Group team, working full-time remotely, dedicated to supporting our valued customer, SocialPost.ai. In this role, you will manage a team of developers using Jira, overseeing both back-end and front-end development. Your responsibilities will include programming, web design, and ensuring optimal website performance, responsiveness, and security. Given the integration of several AI technologies within the SocialPost.ai platform, experience with AI and prompt engineering is a significant plus. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions for SocialPost.ai. 
  • Oversee the development process using Jira to track and manage project progress. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. 
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 
  • Maintain and improve website performance, responsiveness, and security for SocialPost.ai. 
  • Integrate and optimize AI technologies within the SocialPost.ai platform, leveraging prompt engineering techniques. 
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 
  • Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. 
  • Willing to work in the UK/US time zone. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Proven experience as a product manager or in a similar role in software development. 
  • Strong knowledge of back-end and front-end development processes. 
  • Proficiency with Jira for project management and issue tracking. 
  • Experience with AI technologies and prompt engineering is highly desirable. 
  • Excellent understanding of web design, programming, and software security practices. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
