We're Hiring (Industry - Investment Banking MNC): Senior Business Analyst (Capital Markets)

Location: PAN India

Experience: 10+ Years

Type: Full-time | On-site

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets, Trade & Settlements, TTRO, and Market Regulations? Do you thrive in Agile environments and bring expertise in bridging business needs with technology solutions? If yes, we'd love to connect with you

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.

* Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements in Capital Market domains.

* Provide expertise in Trade & Settlements, TTRO processes, and Market Regulation.

* Drive discussions and align business goals with Agile delivery.

* Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

* Collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirements traceability and quality delivery.

* Support UAT and production implementation phases.

Required Skills & Experience

* 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets.

* Strong knowledge of Trade & Settlements workflows and regulatory reporting.

* Hands-on experience in TTRO and Market Regulation frameworks.

* Proven track record as an Agile BA (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
