Assistant

Designation- Back Office assistant

Roles & Responsibilities-

  1. Handling calls and delivering messages

  2. Help maintain files to keep track of important documents, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.

  3. Prepared daily / weekly reports for different departments as per their standard formats..

  4. Updated the report formats as per the instructions from the higher management.

  5. Help accounts team in dealing with daily accounting work like billing, purchase entry, data entry.

  6. Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement.

  7. Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.

  8. Answer Calls / Chat or send Emails to customers to maintain or update customer's data.

Desired Skills-

  1. Working experience in Tally ERP is highly required

  2. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word).

  3. Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts.

  4. Should have good verbal and written English.

  5. Should have good English & Hindi typing skills.

  6. Proactive and well organized.

  7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Education- Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Experience- 1 year of experience in relevant field.

Timings- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bhopal , Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
