About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MERN Full Stack Developer to join our innovative development team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, responsive web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Redux.
  • Develop robust back-end systems with Node.js or .NET Core to support scalable applications.
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
  • Ensure the implementation of responsive design principles for optimal user experience across devices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that aligns with best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance to meet business needs.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Redux.
  • Hands-on experience in creating responsive web pages and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  • Expertise in back-end development using Node.js or .NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems, including both SQL and NoSQL.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design principles and their implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and GraphQL is a plus.
