Reporting : Chief Growth Officer
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Manager to oversee the management of our manufacturing unit's assets, including equipment, parts, production lines, and plant buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an accurate record of assets, ensuring efficient use and allocation, and optimizing the asset lifecycle to maximize value and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
·       Oversee the acquisition of assets and work with suppliers to secure the best prices.
·       Develop and implement maintenance schedules and replacement plans.
·       Oversee the disposal of assets in a cost-effective manner.
·       Ensure assets are utilized efficiently and effectively to support manufacturing operations.
·       Invest in assets for upcoming projects to support business growth.
·       Report on financial aspects of assets and forecast budgets for future needs.
·       Run and analyze inventories of all assets, ensuring accurate records and tracking.
·       Develop and implement strategies to maximize the company's financial returns from its assets.
·       Monitor and evaluate the performance of the company's assets, identifying areas for improvement.
·       Make informed recommendations for asset acquisition or disposal based on performance and business needs.
·       Prepare and manage budgets for the maintenance and acquisition of assets.
Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
·        Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Asset Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·       Proficiency in asset management software and MS Office Suite.
·       Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·       Deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
Preferred Skills:
·       Detailed knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
·       Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
·       Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
·       Strong project management and planning skills.
·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Salary Package:
CTC: 6 lac – 8 lac p.a
