Our team of innovatorsis breaking barriers in drone technology, and we’re looking for a skilled Senior WirelessDrone Engineer to join us in shaping the future.Role OverviewAs a Wireless System Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, andoptimization of wireless communication systems for our fleet of drones. Your expertise willensure reliable, low-latency, and scalable connectivity for complex drone operations,including large-scale synchronized flights and real-time data streaming.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development: Architect and develop advanced wireless communication protocolstailored for drone operations (e.g., mesh networks, 5 G, Lo Ra).System Integration: Implement and test wireless solutions for multi-drone coordination andcommunication with ground stations.Optimization: Enhance signal reliability, range, and throughput in challenging environments.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues during simulations and livedeployments.Compliance: Ensure all wireless systems meet regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, ETSI).Collaboration: Work closely with hardware, software, and systems engineers to integratewireless solutions seamlessly.Innovation: Stay updated on emerging wireless technologies and recommend their adoption.Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and CommunicationEngineering, or related fields.3+ years of experience in wireless communication systems development.Deep knowledge of RF communication, antenna design, and protocols like Wi-Fi, Zigbee, orBluetooth.Experience with wireless network simulation and performance analysis tools.Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB) for signal processingand simulation.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred Attributes:Familiarity with drone communication frameworks and protocols (e.g., MAVLink, Dronecode).Experience with 5 G/6 G technologies or mesh networking for Io T devices.Hands-on experience with drone systems or UAVs.Knowledge of encryption and cybersecurity in wireless systems.Familiarity with cloud-based telemetry and Io T platforms.Why Join Us?Bot Lab Dynamics is likely involved in advanced technology, especially if it focuses on drone systems or autonomous platforms.
