Libre Wireless TechnologiesLocation: Whitefield, Bangalore, IndiaPosition: QA Engineer -1Experience: 1–3 yearsWork Mode: Full-time, Onsite Only (No work-from-home)About the Role- We are looking for a QA Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in testing embedded systems, wireless streaming devices, and audio solutions. The role involves manual test execution, log analysis, defect reporting, and Python scripting support for test automation and log parsing. You will work closely with developers to validate wireless protocols, audio playback quality, and streaming service integrations on embedded platforms.Key Responsibilities- Design and execute test cases for wireless streaming devices, audio playback, and connectivity features. Also, on several projects or features, based on customer requirements and relevant certifications. - Perform manual functional, regression, and system testing for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth-enabled devices. - Validate UART/serial logs, debug outputs, and system traces to identify defects. - Test audio quality, synchronization, latency, and codec compatibility for streaming services (Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, etc.). - Verify network streaming protocols (DLNA, AirPlay, Chromecast, Bluetooth A2DP). - Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA. - Contribute Python scripts for log parsing, wireless stress test support, and automation of repetitive test tasks.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - 1–3 years of QA/testing experience in embedded software, wireless, or audio products. - Knowledge of wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, DLNA, AirPlay, Spotify Connect, Chromecast). - Experience in manual testing of audio quality and streaming scenarios. - Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and embedded device testing. - Hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation is a must. - Strong understanding of software testing concepts and defect lifecycle.Good to Have (Added advantage):- Experience in audio codecs (MP3, FLAC, AAC, WAV, 24-bit/96kHz, etc.) testing. - Exposure to wireless coexistence (Wi-Fi + Bluetooth) testing. - Familiarity with Spotify/TIDAL/Apple Music certification processes. - Understanding of network debugging tools (Wireshark, Pyshark, iPerf). - Experience in automation frameworks (Robot Framework, PyTest).Share the CV : HRteam@librewireless.com
