  • Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of mechanical drawings .
  • Inspections and Testing: Performing quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Data Analysis:Analyzing inspection data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions to improve processes and reduce defects.
  • Documentation:Maintaining records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Problem Solving:Identifying root causes of quality issues and developing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaboration:Working with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to implement quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Training and Mentorship:Providing training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing new quality control measures to enhance product quality.
  • Familiarity with industry standards e.g ISO
  • Knowledge of measurement tools & instruments E.g Vernier, caliper, micrometer, hardness tester.
  • Minimum experience 1- year

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
