The RolePerform troubleshooting and defect analysis of LAN/WAN/ISDN/MPLS/firewall/VPN/F5/ACI issues.Document network problems and resolution for future referenceIncident should be close within TAT.Proactively monitor and ensure network availability, performance, and network security.Log, track and take ownership of network/connectivity issues and resolve issues to ensureuptime and meet the agreed SLA.Monitor and ensure network device connectivity across DC and MPLS Networks as per the pre-defined SLA.Working knowledge of common network monitoring tools and network analysers (ex. Tcpdump, tshark, wireshark etc).

Who You AreRequired Skills and ExperienceCCNA / CCNP proven knowledge, experience in trouble-shooting, switching, routingAt least 2 years of working experience on Network devicesFlexibility, drive to achievePreferred Skills and ExperienceUniversity degreeInterest in technical career path
