For more information on the company, please visit our or .Overview:As a Senior Associate (Network support engineer), He or She will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our organization's network infrastructure. Working closely with cross-functional teams, he or she will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our network to meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. Design and implement network solutions based on business requirements, considering scalability, performance, and security.2. Configure and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.3. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum availability.4. Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, Zero Trust Private Access, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.5. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and services.6. Conduct regular network audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.7. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and helpdesk staff.8. Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.9. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to the network infrastructure.10. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies outside of regular business hours as needed.Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience in network engineering roles. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP). Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco Networks, etc. Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as Site24x7, SolarWinds, or Wireshark. Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and services (e.g., AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA , Fortinet NSE-4 are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.This job profile requires a candidate who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
