Tata Electronics Pvt. Purpose of the role
Incumbent will develop a team of project management professionals in TPM and CPM to ensure all new product introduction milestones are met in line with organisational objective. Develop a project management process and continuously refine it to ensure objectives are met as per customer expectations. Work with Senior Management, Functional Heads to drive organisational goals. Build effective communication channel with customer and management to keep them posted on progress, risks and mitigations, strategy.
Responsibilities
- Utilise all available resources to define AOP, drive 4M readiness and delegate all workstreams to Leads to ensure 100% delivery performance and readiness for development and ramp by aligning PMO, Cross functional teams to meet organisational objectives.
- Align the team on quality objectives, product requirements and complete assessment. Implement best practices and standards adherence from previous program to achieve yield. Implement yield bridge concept with support from Quality
- Define the budget and evaluate the product costing for development and mass production by reviewing product requirements, process flow and materials to be used and seek approval from SMT and Customer. Develop mechanism to monitor the budget spend and tracking.
- Develop Leaders at every level in both TPM and CPM to ensure individual growth and stakeholder management. Understanding team's expectations and managing it to ensure higher employee motivation. Ensure detailed feedback on performance and 360 degree feedback. Create pipeline of resources having growth path and Mentoring.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s in engineering, Masters preferred; PMP Certified and valid with relevant years of experience.
- Knowledge on Manufacturing process, Risk Management, Budget Management.
- Should have good project and contract management skills, people management, customer handling and relationship management.
- Should have PM certification from reputed institute which is a must.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Should be a team player for achieving the business KPI with collaboration.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
