At TCB Infotech Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our growing team in Hisar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining backend systems that power our applications. You will work across the full development cycle, from translating business requirements into technical solutions, to deploying and maintaining robust, scalable products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python, , or other backend programming languages.
  • Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through clean, efficient code.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
  • Follow best practices in version control, testing, and documentation.
  • Contribute ideas to improve system architecture and development processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in backend software development.
  • Strong expertise in Python, , or any modern backend programming language.
  • Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
