About the RoleWe are looking for aBackend Engineerwith deep expertise inLaravel and PHPto maintain and migrate existing applications into aReact Native environment . This role requires not only strong technical skills but also the ability towork within a team , writeclear documentation , and leave well-noted code so other developers can continue the project smoothly.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize backend systems usingLaravel & PHP .Design and documentREST APIsto support React Native front-end applications.Migrate legacy PHP/Laravel systems into scalable, modular structures.Writewell-documented code with clear notes and commentsfor team collaboration.Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and mobile engineers to ensure seamless integration.Implementsecure authentication, caching, and performance optimization .Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on backend best practices.Qualifications3+ yearsof backend development experience withLaravel & PHP .Strong understanding ofMVC architecture ,Eloquent ORM , Blade templates, and Laravel ecosystem.Hands-on experience withMySQL/PostgreSQL(database design, query optimization).Ability to createclean, documented, and maintainable code .Familiarity withReact Native or React.js(to support integration/migration projects).Experience withGit, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud environments .ExcellentEnglish communication skills , both written and verbal.Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration skills.Nice to HaveExperience migrating frommonolithic to microservices .Exposure toNode.jsor other modern backend frameworks.Knowledge ofmobile app performance optimization .Why Join Us?Work on impactfulmigration projectsmodernizing legacy systems.Join acollaborative international teamwith growth opportunities.Fully remote role with flexible working culture.
