Job Summary : The Sales Engineer at Faraday Ozone will play a critical role in driving the sales process by leveraging both technical expertise and sales acumen. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate the benefits and applications of ozone technology to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:o Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Technical Consultation:o Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.o Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.o Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.Solution Design and Proposal:o Collaborate with the engineering team to design tailored ozone system solutions.o Develop and present detailed proposals and quotations to customers.o Address customer technical queries and concerns.Customer Support and Training:o Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.o Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and maintenance.o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Collaboration and Coordination:o Work closely with the sales, engineering, and product development teams to ensure alignment.o Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.o Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in water/air treatment and related industries.• Strong technical background and understanding of water treatment.• Strong proficiency in preparing PowerPoint presentations is essential.• Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
