Beyond groceries, Zepto has also introduced a cafe offering that allows customers to order Coffee, Chai, and other Café items, along with their groceries.Your RoleCandidate should have basic understanding of Facility for any Retail SetupManaging Facility and Maintenance through field team PAN India BasisGood Network of Vendors for Housekeeping and R&M works at storesManaging the AMCs for all equipment Freezer Machine, ACs, Fire Extinguisher for all the stores.Preventing Check for house keeping and measurement to improve the same.Root Cause analysis for breakdown call for all equipment and proving solutions to improve the performance.Ensuring Maintenance call resolution within given TAT.Creating and Managing the MIS for all Facility related activity and presenting it to Management for Monthly review.What We’re Looking ForGraduate/Post Graduate in any field.
