Body shop incharge

Position: Bodyshop Incharge – Automobile

Location: Kannur, Kerala

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop department
• Supervise and guide technicians & advisors
• Ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery
• Manage workflow, job allocation & performance tracking
• Handle customer queries and maintain satisfaction
• Monitor spare parts usage & inventory
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals
• Report department performance to management

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in bodyshop operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of repair processes & insurance procedures
• Excellent communication & customer-handling ability
