Position: Bodyshop Incharge – Automobile
Location: Kannur, Kerala
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop department
- Supervise and guide technicians & advisors
- Ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery
- Manage workflow, job allocation & performance tracking
- Handle customer queries and maintain satisfaction
- Monitor spare parts usage & inventory
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals
- Report department performance to management
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in bodyshop operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of repair processes & insurance procedures
- Excellent communication & customer-handling ability
