Job Description:


To ensure 100% compliances under all the applicable employment and labour laws and rapid closure of
compliance issues in stipulated timelines.


Major Responsibiliities :
o Ensuring 100% compliance in all the Branches, Regional / Zonal & Head offices of
company under all the applicable Employment & Labour Laws.
o Complying with the statutory provisions of employment laws and completion of
compliance activities in compliance module.
o Ensuring completion of compliance activities in the compliance module.
o Ensuring smooth functioning of compliance module.
o Maintaining sound knowledge of employment laws and best practices to deal with
the issues.
o Handling the various disciplinary & Sexual Harassment issues pertaining to FSS.
o Adhering to the labour legislations / principles of natural justice / SOP while
dealing with the issues.
o Ensuring closure of all compliance & disciplinary issues within stipulated
timelines.
o Drafting of responses to various compliance notices.
o Closing all compliances notices
o Resolving Compliance queries within stipulated timelines
o Configuring the module as per the organization structure.
o Making changes in the rules in the module as per the latest amendment.
o Minimizing the manual efforts in the use of the compliance.

? Coordination:
o Coordination with the compliance module users for complying with the statutory
provisions of employment laws and completion of compliance activities in
compliance module.
o Coordination with the Information technology team and external vendors for
process development and automation in the existing processes.
o Handling various Internal and external Audits wrt Compliance.
o Adopting influencing communications skills in order to reach the mutually agreed
outcomes.

? MIS & Reporting :
o Recording all the issues in a constructive, clear and concise manner to present the
accurate MIS to Senior Management through offline & online channels.
o Reporting Monthly compliance before 3 rd of every month to Senior Management.
o Reporting the issues to the senior management, to highlight the potential risk
factors
o Suggesting the timely changes in the SOP supported by the data available.
? Process improvement through Automation & Training
o Provide advice on processes and training to regional/ zonal team members
(existing as well as new joinees).
o Providing effective training to Regional & Zonal Teams to enhance their
capabilities and decision making abilities.
o Achieving continuous process improvement through automation, data
presentation and by finding the loop holes while process execution and taking
corrective action
