Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Therapist based in Bengaluru. The Spa Therapist will provide clients with high-quality spa treatments such as facials, pedicures, and other beauty and wellness services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment, actively listening to clients' needs, and offering exceptional customer service to enhance their experience. The role requires expertise in cosmetology, as well as ensuring that all treatments are administered with precision and professionalism. Qualifications Skills in Spa Treatments, including facials and pedicures Experience in Cosmetology and related beauty and wellness procedures Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards in a spa setting A recognized certification or diploma in spa therapy or cosmetology is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a luxury spa environment is a plus
