For more information, please visit . Short Description Step into the role of Machine Learning Engineer IV at Brightstar in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Guide the progress of our AI and machine learning solutions, championing innovation and excellence. To be successful as a ML Ops Engineer, you should have: Extensive Python programming experience (PySpark, Pandas, data manipulation libraries) Previous experience with Databricks platform Proficiency in CI/CD processes with tools like GitHub Experience with container and orchestration technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Building, testing, and deploying ML models using ML-Ops framework Some other highly valued skills may include: Strong knowledge of Azure cloud ecosystem Strong understanding and expertise in data engineering involving ETL pipelines and real-time data processing Proficiency in data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling) Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI You may be evaluated on important skills for success in the role, including monitoring, scalability, change management, security, as well as business insight and discernment. Purpose of the role: To build, develop, and improve software and solutions using various engineering methodologies, delivering outstanding business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Accountabilities: Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, marketing, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Partnering with team members, joining in code assessments, and advocating for a culture of coding excellence and sharing information. Keeping up-to-date with industry technology trends and advancements, participating in the organization’s technology networks to cultivate a culture of technical excellence and advancement. Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions. Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure accurate code composition, readability, and reliability. Other responsibilities you might need to support: Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, both internal and external, to solve problems creatively and effectively. Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda. Collaborate with other business-aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and strategy. Communicate complex information, which could include sensitive or difficult-to-communicate content, effectively to various audiences. Influence or convince collaborators to achieve desired outcomes. Desired qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Experience in using AWS, MS Azure or GCP services.
