Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee existing projects from conception to completion Tendering: Prepare and submit tenders, including BOQ and quotations
- Quantity Estimation: Conduct quantity estimations for desired company projects
- BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) : Prepare and manage BBS
- Site Assessments: Conduct site assessments occasionally to identify defects and recommend technical solutions
- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including junior project engineers, subcontractors, and labourers
- Client Meetings: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-5 years and above of construction industry experience
- Proficient in BBS, BOQ, tendering, quantity estimation and quotations
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Effective communication and client liaison skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Preferred:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and Microsoft Office
