Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee existing projects from conception to completion Tendering: Prepare and submit tenders, including BOQ and quotations
  • Quantity Estimation: Conduct quantity estimations for desired company projects
  • BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) : Prepare and manage BBS
  • Site Assessments: Conduct site assessments occasionally to identify defects and recommend technical solutions
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including junior project engineers, subcontractors, and labourers
  • Client Meetings: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 1-5 years and above of construction industry experience
  • Proficient in BBS, BOQ, tendering, quantity estimation and quotations
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Effective communication and client liaison skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Preferred:

  1. Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read drawings
  2. Familiarity with building codes and Microsoft Office
