As a Senior Associate UI/UX Designer you will play acrucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing userinterfaces that enhance the overall userexperience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and defineproject goals
  • Create wireframesprototypes and designspecifications
  • Conduct user researchand testing to gather insights and validate designdecisions
  • Translate complex conceptsinto intuitive and visually appealingdesigns
  • Stay uptodate with thelatest design trends and bestpractices
  • Provide guidance andmentorship to juniordesigners

Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or relatedfield
  • Minimum of 2 years ofexperience in UI/UXdesign
  • Proficiency in design andprototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD orSketch
  • Strong understanding ofusercentered designprinciples
  • Experience with userresearch and testingmethodologies
  • Excellentcommunication and collaborationskills
  • Ability to work effectivelyin a team environment
  • Familiaritywith frontend development technologies is aplus

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or relatedfield Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design Proficiencyin design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchStrong understanding of user-centered design principles Experiencewith user research and testing methodologies Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectivelyin a team environment Familiarity with front-end developmenttechnologies is a plus
