Overview:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce L2 Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support for our Salesforce CRM platform, focusing on complex issues that require in-depth knowledge and expertise.

SKey Responsibilities:Resolve complex Salesforce issues escalated from L1 support, ensuring timely and effective solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues within established SLA guidelinesProvide remote and on-site support for end-users experiencing Salesforce issuesServe as an escalation point for complex Salesforce-related problemsCollaborate with stakeholders to implement CRM improvements and enhancementsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide relevant teams with valuable insightsConduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measuresAssist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles for common L2 issuesMonitor and optimize the Salesforce environmentProvide guidance and mentorship to L1 support team membersParticipate in the testing and implementation of new Salesforce features and updatesCollaborate with the L3 team for issues requiring advanced technical expertise or development workCreate technical documentation and establish best practices for Salesforce suppo

rtRequirements:3-5 years of IT support experience, specifically with Salesforce CRM platformProficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administrationExperience with ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.Experience with MS OfficeKnowledge of MS SQL Server and SOQLExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholdersExperience in developing complex reports and dashboards in Salesforce.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferredFamiliarity with Salesforce APIs and integration concepts.Experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Buil
