Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the quick commerce sector, ensuring customer satisfaction and high retention rates.
  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Create and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth through quick commerce channels, including leading platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, and more.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the brand’s presence in the quick commerce space, tapping into new platforms and growing partnerships.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and partnership terms with quick commerce platforms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are made.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track account performance, sales trends, and customer satisfaction, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure timely and accurate product listings, promotions, and campaigns on quick commerce platforms.
  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery operations with quick commerce platforms, addressing any supply chain challenges to maintain high service levels.
  • Customer Feedback & Market Insights: Gather customer feedback from quick commerce channels and share insights with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service quality.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain brand integrity across all quick commerce platforms, ensuring that the company’s products and messaging are presented consistently and effectively.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer acquisition, and revenue forecasts for senior management, using data to drive decisions and adjustments.

Job Location: Ludhiana, Corporate Office - (On Site)

  • Salary: Rs. 100k to 150K
