Role DescriptionWe are offering an internship with the potential to transition into a full-time position for candidates eager to take on a creatively challenging role in Mumbai for an HR Branding and Communications Intern at 3i Infotech Ltd. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Internal Branding Specialist to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and internal branding strategies that enhance our company's culture, engage employees, and promote our employer brand both internally and externally. The role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the employer brand and employee communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:1. Internal Branding:Develop and execute internal branding strategies to promote company values, culture, and vision.Create and manage internal communication campaigns to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement programs that foster a positive work environment.

2. Employee Engagement:Plan and coordinate communication for employee events, activities, and recognition programs.Develop and manage internal announcements, intranet content, and other communication channels.Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.

3. Employer Branding:Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.Create compelling content for social media, careers website, and other platforms to highlight company culture and employee experiences.Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a consistent employer brand message across all candidate touchpoints.

4. Marketing Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to align internal and external branding efforts.Develop and manage marketing materials and campaigns that support HR initiatives.Coordinate with external vendors and partners for branding and marketing projects.

5. Content Creation:Produce high-quality content for internal communications, including creatives, videos, blogs, and presentations.Develop creative and engaging content that resonates with employees and promotes company values.

6. Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal branding and employee engagement initiatives.Provide regular reports and insights to HR and leadership teams to inform decision-making.Use data-driven approaches to continuously improve internal communication and branding strategies.

Qualifications1. Educational Background:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources/ Marketing/ Communications/ Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Skills:- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.- Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas for branding and employee engagement.- Basic graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).- Familiarity with AI Tools like ChatGPT, MS CoPilot, Power BI, etc.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

3. Experience:- Previous experience or internships in HR/ Marketing/ Communications, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.- Understanding of employer branding and employee engagement strategies.

4. Other Attributes:- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Willingness to take initiative and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Interest in learning about HR practices and internal communications.- Ability to think out of the box.- Willingness to self-learn.
