Job Title: Intern - Content & Communications

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in curating and creating engaging content across various platforms including websites, podcasts, social media, and newsletters. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for content development and a desire to gain hands-on experience in content strategy and production.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Write and edit compelling copy for websites, newsletters, and social media.
  • Assist in developing scripts and storyboards for video and podcast content.
  • Create and manage multimedia content, including graphics, video clips, and audio recordings.

Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement content strategies aligned with HR Yaar’s objectives and client needs.
  • Research industry trends and audience preferences to inform content planning and creation.
  • Assist in creating content calendars and schedules to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.

Content Production:

  • Support the production process for videos and podcasts, including recording, editing, and post-production.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high quality standards.

Social Media Management:

  • Help manage and grow HR Yaar’s social media presence across various platforms.
  • Monitor social media engagement and feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track content performance and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Prepare reports on content effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Some experience with content creation and/or strategy is necessary.
  • Proficiency in writing, editing, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of video and podcast production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
