As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work on both internal company projects and client projects, contributing to the success of diverse campaigns and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage and elevate social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram (for internal and client projects) .
Create compelling and shareable content (written, graphics & video) to enhance brand visibility.
Engage with the online community and respond to comments and inquiries.
Ad Management:
Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and social media.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and stay updated on industry trends.
Lead Generation:
Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into clients.
Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Skills Required:
Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in generating qualified leads through digital avenues.
Experience in conducting research to identify potential clients.
Experience in CRM - Maintaining and effectively utilizing customer data to chart prospective clients.
Email marketing via targeted newsletters.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Ambitious, focused, and result-oriented.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on ad management, social media, and lead generation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Service consultancy sector experience is a must.
Experience in the Digital Media Agency is an asset.
Experience in the legal and immigration industry is considered an asset.
