Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist located in Mumbai. The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs. They will manage learning initiatives, conduct instructional design activities, and provide coaching. Additionally, effective communication will be a key part of the role to ensure training programs are effectively conveyed to participants.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Training & Development and Learning Management
  • Experience in Instructional Design
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Coaching abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
