Job Description

The FSR will manage, guide and provide engineering and administrative expertise to ensure smooth operations of integrated technologies like DAF, PUF, SWRO, BWRO & MB plants by meeting set KPI’s in accordance with the O&M manuals, terms of O&M service contract with clients.Have regular interactions with both internal & external stakeholders on timely manner to ensure the continuous availability of all plant equipment at all times.FSR to lead O&M team and ensure set operations within budget allotted for the plantEfficient plant operations and team management.Reporting of plant operations of set frequencies (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) to both internal & external stakeholdersShould have hands-on experience on the operations of PUF, SWRO and MB unitsCoach guide the plant team for running the plant operations efficiently with maximum output on the agreed EHS standards, quantity and quality.Maintain healthy equipment status -both on Mechanical & Electrical front for ensuring 100% plant availability.Ensuring safety of the team and driving 100% compliances towards EHSEnsuring zero LTI at site.Vendor managementDriving profitability by on time billing and cash collections and executing the operations within the allocated budget.Manage HR related compliances and audit requirementsEnsure compliance to all HSE regulations and proceduresCollect, develop, manage, and maintain all relevant plant and equipment documentation.Prepare the PM schedules, CM and BD maintenance planning’s in accordance with the standard procedures and work closely with the leadMaintenance manager at HQ. Complete the assigned WO on time
