Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media, optimizing website traffic, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Create engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Perform keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO to improve website rankings.
  • Track and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creatives and marketing materials.
  • Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Sendinblue.
  • Understanding of website CMS (WordPress, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,119.42 per month
