Educationist/Curriculum Developer

to join our growing team In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of young learners by designing and developing engaging and effective curriculums for our diverse offerings:Original Animated Cartoon Show:

Help us develop the educational foundation for "The Tales of Tonny the Monny™", ensuring the show entertains while teaching valuable morals and life lessons to children aged 0-8.Educational Products and Games:

Craft age-appropriate curriculums for our innovative products and games, turning playtime into a fun and enriching learning experience across various domains.

About the Role:As our Educationist/Curriculum Developer, you'll be responsible for:Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with our creative team to design age-appropriate, engaging curriculums for our cartoon show and games focusing on the 0-8 age group.Educational Expertise:

Ensure all content aligns with best practices in early childhood education, incorporating elements like social-emotional learning, cognitive development, and foundational skills.Content Creation:

Develop and refine educational scripts, storylines, and learning activities.Collaboration:

Work closely with animators and game designers to seamlessly integrate the curriculum into our products.Staying Current:

Research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.

What You'll Do:Conduct thorough research on early childhood development (ECD) best practices and learning theories.Collaborate with subject matter experts as needed to ensure content accuracy across various domains.Continuously evaluate and refine curriculums based on feedback and learning outcomes.

We're looking for someone who:Holds a degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.Possesses a minimum of 2-3 years of experience designing and implementing educational curriculums for young children (0-8 years).Has a strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.Demonstrates exceptional creativity and the ability to translate complex educational concepts into engaging and age-appropriate content.Has excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a cross-functional team.Is passionate about creating fun and educational experiences for young learners.

Bonus Points:Experience with developing curriculums for animation and games.Familiarity with national or international early childhood education standards.Strong understanding of various educational methodologies like Montessori or Waldorf.Strong understanding of child psychology and learning styles.A knack for storytelling and crafting engaging narratives.
