We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Business Development Head. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing the company's growth strategy, leading a team of business development professionals, and driving revenue generation through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Responsibilities:Identifies and cultivates new business opportunities.Evaluates and enhances existing partnerships and sales strategies.Manages key client relationships and seeks to create new ones.Expands company and brand visibility and influence.Leads sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship teams.Develops internal and external relationships for increased lead generation and market share.Builds cross-functional teams for sustainable long-term growth.Monitors emerging markets and trends.Promotes an entrepreneurial growth culture across the company.Recommends new services and develops strategic partnerships.Contributes to shaping long-term company objectives.Researches and targets new markets.Advises on product development and distribution strategies.Identifies sponsorship and nonprofit engagement opportunities.Cultivates relationships with vendors.Conducts webinars and presentations to enhance brand/product visibility.Selects vendors and negotiates contracts.Travels to vendor locations and distribution centers.Responds to requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.Guides the development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Technology, etc.).Proven experience in business development or sales within the technology sector.Strong understanding of technology products and industry trends.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Results-driven and self-motivated.Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
