Job Title: Back Office Executive / Office Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support day-to-day office operations, and ensure smooth functioning of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail or correspondence
  • Support front office team and other departments as required
  • Perform general administrative duties and errands

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: At least Graduate
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
