Job Description:

  • Strategic Resource Planning: Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and develop resource allocation strategies to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with diverse teams to identify resource needs and allocate talent effectively.
  • Capacity Management: Proactively monitor team capacity, identifying bottlenecks, and providing innovative solutions to optimize resource utilization.
  • Performance Tracking: Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor resource performance, providing valuable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Workforce Management: Oversee optimal resource allocation by aligning employee skills with project requirements to maximize productivity and meet client expectations.
  • Bench Management: Strategically manage bench resources by ensuring continuous skill development and quick deployment readiness for upcoming projects.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding.
  • Self driven and Idealist
  • Should be an Effective business communicator.
  • Resource Allocation: Distributing resources (personnel, equipment, and money) efficiently among projects, users, or teams.
  • Tracking resource usage , identifying excesses or shortages and planning for future projects.

  • Should be proactive and have an excellent approach to the details.
  • Punctuality and openness to new learnings and a quick learner.
  • Should be a people person and have remarkable leadership qualities.
  • Problem Solving : Resolve issues that arise during projects, such as resource shortages or conflicts between teams.
  • Negotiation : Negotiate with stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial solutions for the company and its employees.
